Welcome to Epic Digital Solutions, Inc.'s Reputation Reporting Service. By choosing our service and remitting payment, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Description:
Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. offers a Reputation Reporting service, which includes daily reporting of online reviews across various platforms, real-time notifications, and analytical insights aimed at managing and improving your online reputation.

Subscription Fee:
The service is provided at a cost of $39 per month. This fee grants the Customer access to daily reputation reports, analytics, and customer support related to the service.

Payment Terms:
The first payment made by the Customer is non-refundable. Subsequent payments are due monthly on the date of the initial subscription activation. By remitting payment, the Customer confirms their subscription to the Reputation Reporting service and acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel the Reputation Reporting service subscription at any time. To cancel the service, the Customer must notify Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. in writing. Upon cancellation, the Customer will not be charged for any subsequent months, but any fees paid prior to the cancellation request will not be refunded.

No Refund Policy:
The first payment made by the Customer is non-refundable, even if the service is canceled before the end of the month. This is to cover the initial setup and reporting costs incurred by Epic Digital Solutions, Inc.

Limitation of Liability:
Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the service provided. The total liability of Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Amendments: Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or direct communication to the Customer. Your continued use of the Reputation Reporting service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Epic Digital Solutions, Inc. and the Customer regarding the Reputation Reporting service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

By remitting payment for the Reputation Reporting service, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
